M-Tac MEDICAL CLS BAG ELITE – High-quality medical bag for military medics

The MEDICAL CLS BAG ELITE from M-Tac is a specially developed medical bag that ideally meets the needs of military medics. Thanks to its well-thought-out functionality and robust design, this bag is an indispensable addition to any medical equipment.

Optimal organization according to the MARCH algorithm

The main compartment of the bag is equipped with an organizer that was specially designed for the MARCH algorithm, which is recommended as part of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for the Tactical Field Care phase. This refers to operations in the yellow or green zone. The manufacturer recommends organizing medical supplies according to the stages of the MARCH algorithm:

• In the back and side of the inner bag for the first stage: M (Massive bleeding).
• On the flap and in the front part for the second and third stages: A (Airway management) and R (Breathing).

Large mesh pockets and inner compartments provide ample space for other necessary medical equipment.

Thoughtful details for use

On the front of the bag there is a holder for scissors, which are secured with a Fastex strap. On the sides there are four integrated pockets for tourniquets, which are securely fixed by Velcro fasteners and elastic bands. The integrated upper pocket on the flap can hold up to five pairs of medical gloves, which are easily accessible and safely stowed away. Front and back pockets are designed for storing immobilization splints.

Versatile carrying options

The MEDICAL CLS BAG ELITE can be flexibly worn over the shoulder or on the belt. The strap with Velcro fastener allows for length adjustment, while special loops on the back ensure a stable attachment. The upper loop is designed for carrying over the shoulder, while the lower loop allows for carrying on the belt. In addition, the position of the bag can be easily adjusted using the buckles on the straps. There are loops on the bottom for single carrying straps, and loops on the front for attaching a NAR safety strap.

Robust and durable

Made of high-quality Cordura 500D, the bag offers excellent protection against mechanical damage and a long service life, even under extreme conditions. The integrated loops, the scissor holder as well as the straps and carrying straps are made of Mil-Spec webbing in the original MultiCam® pattern and ensure additional robustness and durability.
